Here’s another follow up to my prior post about net yardage in conference play.
The order after them is a little different, but in any case, this shows again that Alabama and Georgia are sucking the statistical oxygen out of the room.

Yep. A real pain, too.

The problem I see with these numbers is that Georgia is about as far behind Alabama as they are ahead of the next team down. It definitely seems like a punchers chance is all they have unless Tua’s knee injury has an effect.

Yeah that is what I see, too. Bama is sucking the oxygen out of the room, we’re sucking out the exhales.

Is that filtered for garbage time? Because if not, that’s insane.

How can Auburn, FU, Mizzou, Kentucky, etc have winning records when they have negative net yards per play?

LOL, it’s Net Points per Drive. Have some warm milk and go back to bed old timer.

Until December, we’ll just have to make it up in non-conference play.

All of these stats look great if you think Hey UGA’s in the top 2 or 3.
But then you see that the gap between 1 and 2 is typically the difference between 2 and 10.
And Bill says that the stats are undervaluing Bama right now. Which is sorta crazy to think about.

For those complaining about the pop-ups, assuming you’re getting them when looking at the website on your phone (like I was), there are two easy solutions:
1) use the wordpress app (and subscribe to the website feed) or
2) download a pop-up blocker for safari – I use the “StopAd” and it has soved the problem for me
