My friends, times are slow at the SEC Network. Product is needed!
The Southeastern Conference will announce its 2020 football schedule on Monday at 7 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. CT on a special show on the SEC Network.
SEC Now: Football Schedule Release Show Presented by Regions will air live on SEC Network at 7 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. CT on Monday. Hosted by Dari Nowkhah with analysis by Greg McElroy, Roman Harper, Laura Rutledge, Kirk Herbstreit, Rece Davis and more, the show will break down the 2020 SEC football schedule in its entirety. Week 1 of the 2020 SEC football schedule will be revealed at 3 p.m. ET / 2 p.m. CT on The Paul Finebaum Show.
Honestly, I’m surprised they’re not dragging this out over more than two measly episodes on the same day.
Will there be former coaches in one location giving analysis…ex players in another giving game by game, date by date breakdown… analyists breaking down what social media is spewing….finebaum in a hidden bunker, talking calls from the deep, dark continent of alabamia….these and other questions…..TONITE!

My favorite is the field reporter outside an empty stadium with a couple of random people walking around in the background. “Paul, it looks dead here now but just wait until October when there will be hundreds of people spaced out in here making some sort of noise.”

If opening with Vanderbilt was good enough for a “real’ season last year, it’s good enough for this year!

I’m guessing they go balls to the wall week one and we open with Bama.

Tune in at the same time in 2 weeks as they reveal whether the season will even be played

It will be about 2-3 weeks before see what happens with the virus. Students are just recently back. If many are not wearing masks now, it will be about 2 weeks. If they wait a week to ditch the the mask it will be about 3 weeks. IF there aren’t a lot of cases on the team by then, maybe they will play. I hope they get that new saliva test campus-wide. It is cheap enough and gets faster results so that contact tracing will be useful.

I’m consistently surprised that Dari Nowkhah is younger than I am. His takes always sound like my grandpa

Seriously don’t know why they don’t stretch this out all week. I mean, it would be ratings gold!
