Feels good knowing that, eh?

I would pick up all the trash in the entire stadium just to be able to watch practice.

Yep – I’m a healthy 62 year old. Get the first covid shot tomorrow. 24% of the nation had been vaccinated as of about week ago, so that number has improved. And.. And it’s a big and… We are getting into the general population with the vaccine now.

Most of the people who have received it, have either been in facilities, shut ins or limited in their social interaction anyway. The game changer starts now. As states can begin to focus on people who are younger and younger. As for the threat of death, it had already declined tremendously as the medical field figured out what worked and didn’t, once in the hospital. And now with most of the older population vaccinated – that’s a game changer.

Tipping point will come sometime in April with this thing. I think it’s going to be more of the most appreciated summers that we have all had in our lifetimes.

I’m a healthy 53. Our district took part in an organization-wide rollout for the J&J one shot vaccine last week. I got the vaccine Thursday at lunch, 24 hours later felt like shit: Tired and achy with that weird feeling you get when you’re sick. Woke up Saturday morning feeling fine.
What we hope is the effort will reduce the danger from exposure (obviously) with the benefit of reduced staff staff shortages due to positive tests and contact tracing.
Personally? I’ve got a couple of trips planned and hopefully having a record of being vaccinated will ease up travel requirements/restrictions.
Not sure if I was micro-chipped or not…

Agree all around. Definitely anticipating an incredible summer leading into what should be one of the most electric, memorable football seasons in history. I’m so glad we have the team we have now and not our snake-bitten QB room from 2020.
