      In all fairness, they did have quite the run in the 90s. But yes, your point is right about them, Miami, VATech, Michigan, Washington, FSU, USC and a few others. Heck, even perennial CFP participant, 6 time defending Big 12 Champion Oklahoma’s last NC was TWENTY years ago.

    The headers aside, I like Jake Rowe. I’d rather that piece have been written by him than some other random journalist. At least Rowe has somewhat of a finger on the pulse of the program. Frankly, reading it felt more like drinking the red koolaid than anything else (though coulda done without the 2nd and 26 reference which will be FOREVER too soon).

    We’ve had two coaches in 20 years with both lasting at least five. I wouldn’t call that “demanding”.
