Come grab a plate.
- “[Georgia] Tech ran the ball 81% of the time, so that merits the majority of our attention, but they also averaged 9.37 yards per pass. Only Georgia was better.”
- If the rumors are true, it looks like Les Miles should be happier with the bridge schedules coming up in 2014 and 2015.
- In case you’re interested, here’s the list of the top 15 players in EA Sports ‘NCAA Football 2014′. Aaron Murray made it.
- If ever there was a story made for Bleacher Report, this is it.
- Sanford Stadium makes #2 on Athlon‘s ranking of SEC stadiums.
- Georgia’s offseason prep is focused on the first two games.
- Coach O on academics: “He M-F’d me all over the place,” says DeMars. “He made me feel like a bad person for going to class.”
- Per Steele, Georgia returns the second highest percentage of offensive yardage in the SEC, behind only Ole Miss.
“Only Georgia was better. And they led the nation with 17.8 yards per completion, best in the nation.”
Kind of reminds me of why you can tell it’s an aspen tree… (1:05)

No but it is getting huge. Charlie is doubling down on jucos. At first, when the jucos couldn’t be readily found on the KU target practice fields, authorities thought they were hiding in the dorms. Then they questioned Charlie about their whereabouts. After a burp, Charlie had his graduate assistants help him up from his ice chests, told them they had no proof and that he had a decided schematic advantage because they didn’t know what his previous weight was

The jucos and Mini-Me weren’t enough. He also ate Kevin James. Then took his uniform. When Leah Remini heard Kevin had been doubled down upon and there was going to be a delivery soon, she called Catherine Zeta Jones for advice because Leah didn’t know whether to be really scared or somewhat happy

Would have to put both Alabama and A&M’s stadiums ahead of Neyland. I have never understood the fascination with Neyland, other than the river access perhaps. It is still a dump and a terrible stadium for both comfort and sight lines. Embarrassingly, they do food and bathrooms better than Sanford, but who doesn’t?

Ugh, do the students still piss in the trashcans, sinks, against the walls, etc. in the bathrooms directly adjacent to the student sections? Can’t recall if it was lower or upper deck that was so horrendous.
I stopped going to those (while still a student) after fording a river of beam and coke that had been passed.

Lol. I had a similar experience. We always referred to the place as Peeland Stadium.

Wait, wait, wait….EA just CAN’T have those players in the video game. They are unpaid amateurs. And besides, doesn’t a person own their rights to their image and must be compensated for its use?
Question…if Aaron Murray signs and sells a copy of NCAA 2014 to a fan, how long is his suspension?

The DeMars story adds to the ticking time bomb that is ‘amateur’ college football. Too much money involved and too much asked of the players for the status quo to continue much longer. I don’t believe there’s much about Orgeron in the story that wouldn’t be considered typical, though.

In other news, Matthew Thomas, FSU wannabe escapee, has returned to their fold. His father said that he cwanted him to go to USC. So much for UGA being used in Kiffen’s folderol with FSU. Better bet he was in touch with Matthew’s father and started the whole thing, but had him throw UGA’s name in as the “close to home” team to please his mother and throw everyone off the trail.

Yes you did. Now it is verified by his father.
Miles should now be happy with pressure put on other school’s schedule. Screw him and Spurrier. When our Louisiana friends play in Athens can we stencil “Ellis Lieu” (“Ellis Loo”)on all the port-a-johns?

Regarding the Ed Orgeron story, Ray Goff was the same way. I witnessed it myself many times.
