Purely for yucks, I thought I’d take a look at how the SEC currently stacks up in net yards per play in conference play:
- Alabama: +3.07
- Georgia: +1.70
- South Carolina: +0.19
- Mississippi State: +0.07
- Florida: +0.04
- LSU: -0.09
- Auburn: -0.14
- Kentucky: -0.19
- Texas A&M: -0.63
- Tennessee: -0.78
- Missouri: -0.79
- Vanderbilt: -0.95
- Ole Miss: -1.14
- Arkansas: -1.27
Alabama and Georgia have sucked all the statistical oxygen out of the room, so to speak. Which means Auburn’s net is about to take another hit in a couple of weeks.

KY hopes they leave Van Gorder as DC until December 1. Although, it looks like we killed their spirit, they didn’t show up for the Vols. Their magical season wasn’t all gone, surprised they slept through the first half. A lot of that is on Stoops for finding a way to make that game important to them.

Think of what our number would be of we didn’t have 30 negative yards on 15 short yardage plays. Commit a danged PF and get the ball moved back to the 18 yard line from where we are dangerous.

Our Red Zone offense has become a talking point even when we win. SEC Now was all over it again. It is getting to be embarrassing for a team with as much talent as ours that can’t score from inside the 5. Hell take a 15 yard penalty so we will spread it out, we stand a better chance of scoring.

LOL! I can see 1st & goal at the two, we line up and then Galliard just stands up and punches the nose guard for the PF. Then Fromm throws a corner route to Holliman from the 17.

We will have to make self inflecting penalties to move us back to around the 15 yardline. Then Fromm can throw a pass and we will score. Just stay away from being so close to the end zone! I keed! I keed! kind of.
