Oh. Hell. Yes. I live in Raleigh and can’t even get the damn ACC Network, much less the SEC Network. It was going to be a pain in the ass to watch before, but this changes everything. Instead of getting jostled watching it in a sports bar, I’m thinking bratwursts. Bratwursts and a whole complement of sides and beverages.

    • I never had an issue getting the SECN when we lived there through Time Warner.

I live literally across the street from Sammy’s, so I can walk there (and often do on non-game days), but I can’t see messing with that gameday crowd if I can stay here, cook a small feast, and invite a small group of friends to watch it. They are, of course, all NC State fans and most could care less about the Dawgs, but they still come over. I think my antics shouting at the TV entertain them.

I’m in Nashville with the family, but haven’t bought tickets yet. Based on current prices, we may be watching at Martin’s across the street. Hard to justify $300+ a ticket for a 5 and 8 year old.

Damn, I just double checked and the prices have gone up! Maybe you’ll get lucky right at kickoff? That works sometimes. Good luck!

I don’t have tickets yet but was thinking about driving up with my 9year old. That a.m since I’m only about 2 hrs away and trying to score cheap tix. Sister lives in Franklin so worst case scenario we visit her and watch the game. I’m not paying 300+ for tix.

    This is interesting:
“All tickets previously purchased for the game in Jacksonville will be refunded. Florida State will sell $10 general admission tickets online. Fans are being urged to purchase tickets online at http://www.noles.co/GA. There will be no reserved seating in the stadium. FSU and Boise State students with valid identification cards will be admitted free of charge.”

Saw the news on my Twitter feed, but it was from Dawg Nation, so it was extra clickbaity:

“BREAKING: There’s been a change for the TV Network for Georgia’s game against Vanderbilt.

    Here are the details:”

    What a garbage organization.

Man, just follow Seth and you’ll get what you need as soon as you need it. It is frustrating that they can’t just tell you what you need to know without driving you to their website – particularly when it’s basic info like this. Kind of dumb on their part, but I guess people click through…

Thankfully YTTV is smart enough to record it wherever it is

I’ll be listening to the game through my Georgia app. It’ll be interesting to see what Hondo has to say pre-game (said no one ever) lol.

I love the rhetoric that this regime and players are putting down.
Damn it is time to get it on.
