If this is true, how does the state attorney make a decision not to prosecute?

After careful and deliberate consideration, and looking at all points of view, the selection committee could still not resolve all issues concerning conflicts of interest, but were able to unanimously agree on one point…Georgia must not be allowed to play for the MNC.

FWIW, this is good to hear. No need to rule Terry out of the FS slot just because he’s coming kind of slow. A lot is new to him, and he has time this summer to ingrain his fundamentals so they become natural.
Then, he’ll be able to play and make plays. And we’ll get to see how competitive he is in Camp. Nothing slow about that track at all.
It’s interesting though, if not ironic, that we saw the opposite pattern with Matthews last year. So it’s much to early count Terry out of anything.

Is it just me or does it seem Lilly does very little for his salary. He coaches tight ends, when we have some. He has been the unnamed but actual special teams coordinator since Fab left. This joint coordinator thing seems to be a nod to Mark’s old FSU buddy. See I didn’t fire him I just gave him some help from someone who actually knows something about special teams. I hope Lilly can at least recruit because if he can’t he is a total waste.

Based on those comments Lilly still doesn’t seem to hace the sense of urgency we need. I hope he gets a strong talk following that interview or I wouldnt expect a lit of change with his area of responsibility.

Agree. He seems pretty complacent with his job security. To paraphase: ‘We were damn good in 2010…’ My response would be we sucked in 2013, and he’s the assistant coach most fans would blame for the suckitude.
