Floyd was the guy I always watched when he was on the field. If can get technique to go with that talent, oh boy. He may not be Clowney (few are), but we sure could use a Vic Beasley type guy and I think it could be Floyd. If he were to stay and be a senior, he would be just a beast out there.

I agree. Looking forward to seeing how Floyd has improved this year and hope he stays for the long haul. Then there’s Lorenzo Carter, too. Tomorrow @ 5:30 pm can’t get here quick enough!

That CFN prediction is pretty close to what Steele, and his computer, project for our game. Problem is he had SC winning by 11 last night so who knows in an opener with no body of work to draw from….another nail in the preseason rankings stupidity. It seems like a low number to hold a Chad Morris offense to given the unknowns with our defense though. I think the margin could easily be UGA by 12+ though, but I will take a close win here and hope to build on that as we go along. The young pups need some confidence at this point to reinforce what the coaches have been working on.

For longer than a minute there, I though we were talking about the helmet design being compared to a cheesy crab pretzel.

Met a Red Elephant guy last night that has special practice attendance. Says Jacob Coker is the most talented, strongest arm, and understands O as well as anyone, but; he gets nervous when Saban and Lane stand next to him – he’s not ready yet. Sims to be starter.
