  1. Go Dawgs!

Reading between the lines, it sounds like the Chick-fil-A card means that a play is about to go to the tight ends.

    • The sideline cards do not have any significance for the play calls at all. New marketing intern Dick Whitman decided we should come up with more ways to feature the UGA corporate sponsors on the sideline.

I truly believe this year’s Vandy team is about to pay the price for James Franklin’s douchebaggery. Saturday is going to be a bloodletting.

Oh I hope so. It’s been a few trips since we went up to Vandy and destroyed them in their own tiny stadium.

  3. How much did the companies on the cards contribute to the reserve fund to become an official play card sponsor of Georgia football? I think ADGM is missing an opportunity.

On the way to Netflix last night I stumbled across Matt Stinchcomb extolling the virtues of Vandy’s defense. Glad its a kinda short week, worry gives me heartburn. Its ok to think you are good, but its gooder when the scoreboard proves it.

I’d love an epic beatdown this weekend, and I hope Matt Moore has explosive diarrhea (assuming I remember correctly that he was the d-bag that screwed us the last time we were in Vandy).

For what it’s worth, Richt said that they only blocked one punt. They didn’t touch the first one. It was just awful by itself.

Damn. Can you imagine a wishbone run by Bauta with Michel, Marshal and Chubb in the backfield? Old school p0rn!

Only if they spent a lot of time working on it. Otherwise you get stuff like the time Donnan trotted it out in Knoxville to see it get destroyed in 1999.

Hopefully M2 admires the spin move only from afar. He’d be writing a check his hammies and knees may not be able to cash.

Think Vandy’s defense against the run will be stout. When you look at their longest runs allowed and opponents third down conversion they make you grind it out.
Will find out if those 2 TE sets are going to work again. And if the UVA transfer can pass the ball for deep and short routes.
So far I have some reservations about the offense. Not impressed with the blocking with the new Oline coach.
Perhaps first game was keeping things comfy for the team and new QB. Do not think this team is explosive. Have to wonder what the AP saw for the drop…perhaps another under performing coaching job and QB play.
Vandy has everything to gain in this game, plus they beat us the last trip up. I am sure their defense feels like they can shut down the running game. Have to wonder if their defense lines up like OSU did against VT. Can Dawgs O get Marshall and Chubb to the outside more than in the middle.
Good road test game for the Dawgs. 4 quarters….field position, moving the chains, and in the red zone TDs.

Sorta of quiet first game and season so far.
Other than the lightning there was not much bang.
    Sorta miss Bobo’s calls.

Love the stat about the blocked punts. If there is smoke, there’s probably fire. I think the improved special teams will win us ballgames this year.

    Kudos to Lilly + Ekeler.

Holy Smoke! Look at the biggest drops in S&P+ ratings: Tenn (-13), Ark (-9), Aub (-6). And we were wondering if we were just prejudiced by labeling their upswing in the polls as hype. This kinda proves it!
