Can’t say enough about, Chubb. What a guy. Truly amazing. I dare say he may be one of a few human beings on this earth who could come back THAT quickly.
Whatever he does in life, he’ll be successful and he deserves it. He’s the type of guy that could be a multi-millionaire and wouldn’t change a bit. Just an honest, hard working guy from Cedartown.

And from a hard working family tree in Chubbtown, that ingrained culture is a model which should get more attention from the media. A great example for those who major in excuse making and overlook the value of family. It’s in his DNA, you are right, he has succeeded in football and will continue to win when football is in his past. I really hope his efforts in overcoming this unfortunate circumstance are rewarded with a wildly successful year in 2016 and that he enjoys a long, and lucrative, NFL career. I think he will go down as one of the all-time Dawg favorites, he is already on my list.

I don’t see how anyone can be anything short of amazed with Nick Chubb. I hope for his sake that he runs like a man possessed this season and goes on to a long and successful NFL career.
On another note please, please let NCAA Football come back. The 2014 version is getting old even with updated rosters.

The things I would do to get NCAA Football back. To this day, it’s the ONLY console sports game I’ve ever really got into year in and year out. (On PC, I still boot up Bowl Bound near the beginning of the season to get a fix.) It was a sad day when I heard the news it was being cancelled.

If the offensive line is as good as Phil Steele believes, The Big Dawg will Feast.

Dead-on Ugly, the two lines will determine how far this team goes but the OL is capable of bailing out the thin DL by allowing us to not only score enough to keep us in every game, but controlling enough clock to reduce the stress on the defense and putting them in better field position. It is all interwoven but the OL is the biggest piece to me, and the one I have the most faith in against our toughest opponents.

Loved seeing that tweet from Herrien. I’d love to see more tweets like that from other players.
And Boom is hard to get along with? Who knew?

On long-term scheduling: yes, we’ve got the ND thing next year and in ’19 as well as the UCLA games in ’25 and ’26. But we’re one of the few P5 teams which hasn’t nailed down its ’18 schedule. We’ve got one more OOC slot to fill.
And guess what? The CFA Kickoff Game in ’18 hasn’t been announced yet. Stokan was on 960 The Ref this week and said McGarity/Smart want to play in the CFA game every 4-5 years. I know that’s two years away, but we’ve already scheduled Tech, Murray State and UMass along with our rotating west game at LSU. Because I’m bored I went through all the ACC teams and the only one with a game to schedule is Syracuse. I could live with a one-off versus them at MB Stadium.

Just called a buddy in Vegas to put some large $$$ on the “over” for UGA if he can find that 8.5 wins line. If B-Mac can beat PSU in a bowl game with Lambert and no Chubb, this staff can get to 9 wins minimum.
