I’ve got three isolated clips from the Notre Dame game that’ll have you running for a cold shower this morning.
First, Roquan Smith forces a three-and-out all by himself.
When Wimbush went to sleep that night, he saw Roquan in his dreams.
Next, Richard LeCounte, faster than a speeding bullet.
As the cliche goes, you can’t coach speed.
Finally, I cannot get over how good Walter Grant’s football instincts are for a true freshman.
Georgia’s had senior edge players who couldn’t do contain that well. Grant is going to be a truly special player. (I can’t wait to see what he does against Tech’s triple option.)
Get The Picture 
Good to see Lecounte come flying in on Grant’s tackle, too. You get the sense he would be pissed if the whistle blew before he got the chance to hit somebody. He’ll get burned badly at some point, but it won’t be because he heisitated.

Joe Kines was the reason Kirby Smart didn’t have LeCounte’s closing speed when he played FS at Georgia. Mel tells his DB’s to run faster. That’s just coachin’ right there!
