Stetson deserves to be Heisman finalist. Having said that he might not be the best player on his own team. Why aren’t Jalen Carter and Brock Bowers finalists as well? Heck, why isn’t Darnell on the list? Watch and see where folks like Washington, Carter and Bowers get drafted. They won’t have to wait long to hear their names called. This is a crazy talented team.

Because the Heisman is a QB first and a skill position award second. Beyond that, judging a players value is too hard for the voters to understand when they have to look beyond a stat line.

Orange people are full of themselves this morning. Jalin Hyatt says that his Vols would beat Georgia in a rematch. To which I would suggest: if you truly believe that, don’t go to the draft next spring. Stay with the Vols for the Dawgs’ visit next November. In other words, fuck around and find out.

So, Tennessee’s argument is because we sucked for ten years and now we don’t, our portal-transfer QB who only played ten games (and lost two of them) deserves the Heisman?? I don’t remember where, but I recently saw a graphic comparing the four finalists — all QB’s — against top 25 teams (final rankings). Guess who leads far and away …??

Tennessee fans have literally resorted to “but Georgia doesn’t have to play Georgia” in saying that Stetson only smoked them head-to-head because their defense is so shitty compared to ours. You can’t make this stuff up.
Also, how many years can we expect Heupel to be “ahead of schedule.” They’re gonna ride that doing-more-with-less train forever I suspect. If Wes Rucker’s aunt had a dick, she’d be his uncle.
It’s amazing, our coach is really a shitty coach who just recruits, while simultaneously our QB is a no-talent game manager, our receivers are marginal, our offense hasn’t “gotten with the times”……yet somehow, we’re 13-0 and SEC champs.
