Butch: We did everything to win the South Carolina game except score touchdowns.

“And Georgia fans, don’t be turds. Enjoy this. Soak it up. It’s awesome. If you don’t win this year, it’s still not a failure. It’s a heck of a run. Back-to-back in the Playoff era hasn’t been done. So, to ask for a third I feel like it’s gluttonous. I feel like it’s not OK. But we’ll be in the mix.”-- David Pollack, On3.com, 5/9/23
It’s a tragedy that they are going to fire a man of his eloquence and understanding.

This is the strategy (not scoring touchdowns) that makes you a “Champion of Life.”

I don’t really see their redzone TD percentage rising against Bama.

It probably won’t go down either because the CoLs probably won’t get in the Bama red zone.

Well UT sucks, but we already knew that. Our RZ scoring %age is 100% – very good, of course – but so is Florida’s and Auburn’s and they are both much better than us in TD %age. I’m a Dawg fan; I need something to worry about.

Yep. And Kentucky is at 100%, but with fewer TDs. And I think of the arm on SCarolina’s QB. . . . Plenty to worry over.

LOL, yeah SC had more yardage, more time of possession, more first downs, more points……
But yeah, UT totally did everything they needed to create the recipe for a win.
Are they really going to fire this guy? Because if they are, then why wait? They may be having trouble coming up with that buyout money.

I believe the buyout goes down if they wait until after the season.

Yet against Georgia Tech, the Vols scored five TDs in five trips to the red zone.
Genius.

They do have an admittedly small sample size, Senator…
hahahahahahaha
It’s been a great year on so many different levels thus far.

HOLY. CRAP. Bad enough they’ve only had 7 attempts, but 0, repeat ZERO, TD’s.

10 quarters bitches! No TD’s in 10 Quarters. Turns out Skorp’s Bitchez had a better eye on Booch and Gus than I thought. 🙂

The touchdown % difference for Tennessee between 2016 and 2017 is redonkulous.

Every one of us should hope and pray that UT does NOT fire Booch.

I don’t think prayer’s gonna have anything to do with it. 😉

Last in every category but two on that chart. Opportunity is truly nowhere!

Although there is, in fact, “nowhere to go but up” at this point, its probably not a good idea for Butch to put that slogan on the trashcan until after Bama…
