I knew he was good.

I didn’t know he was that good.

  1. That’s fantastic! Also, last Sat our tackling fundamentals were really good all and all.

Open field tackling and players flying to the ball were as impressive as you could hope to see at this point. No reason to think it can’t be a weekly thing barring the injury bug rearing it’s head. Kirby has proven himself on that side of the ball for years now. The key is going to be getting consistent play from the offense but more importantly, the right plan and call from Chaney.

Dayum!! He brought his lunch pail. Time for work biatch!!

Per yesterday’s press conference Coach Smart is not satisfied with the tackling this season.

A Safety who has never missed? Gedoudaheah!

And caused the fumble that Sanders grabbed in a midair stretch and snatch… …all this after the Deandre Baker interception, who also stripped two passes from the opponent’s receivers and… … … .

Excuse me, I need a Tequila with a touch of agave syrup (for that Drambui taste) as a nightcap to end my fevered Dawgporn.

    It’s a good thing we recruited D. G. so J. R. would transfer here. 😉

Haha, good one. From my memory, Natrez was the only one that may have missed a tackle, or had an “eye violation” and he’s a good dawg. Love watching the defense at work.

Aaron Davis, who made two of the surest tackles all night, had one “pop no lock” on the sideline. Can’t remember if it was Quon or JR who cleaned it up almost immediately. WR gained about one additional yard after Davis didn’t wrap up.

        That’s the ONLY one I remember seeing…

This team tackles better as a group than any other Georgia team I can remember.

What does that mean? Are the linebackers and defensive line not doing their job.
Said this weekend the MSU game was the best I have seen a Dawg team tackle in a long time, but they can be better. Speed.
How many tackles does the team have from scrimmage, and break down by position?
Does UT bring pressure on Fromm on blitz or do they bring it over and under to force him up in the pocket? Do they have the players with speed to do that. If UT can not stop his passing, can they throttle the run. And can Fromm and company move the ball in long drives to score if UT punter flips the field. Can Mecole bring a long punt back with no hang time.
