TFW nobody said there’d be math

Sure, you could read line after line of numbers about Georgia’s superiority over Tech…

… but why bother, when the tl;dr version is so much more eloquent?

Honestly I’m impressed with their overachieving the last few weeks and expect a fight from them, which will be in a way refreshing and perhaps put a little salt back in this thing. I’ll be more than happy with another 55-0.

FTMF. I want to see us up 35-0 in the 1st quarter. I want to see Carson Beck flingin’ it all over the yard, I want to see RBs I never heard of gashing the GTU D, I want to see Boom grab a tuba player from the Redcoats and send him in to blitz from the edge. I’m talking about breaking. These. Bitches.

My heart would love another beatdown of the nerds. However I’ll be more than happy with a solid game, taking a W without any injuries. Tuck Fech

I could both see a challenge from tech as they ride their wave of recent momentum, I could also see us just absolutely obliterating them because their win over unc got our teams attention and they’re on high alert

Looks like it’s going to be raining. That should slow the scoring down some. Also a lot of weird stuff can happen on a wet field.
Like others, I’ll take a solid win with no injuries.
This isn’t to say I wouldn’t like to see a sixty point beatdown, but I don’t expect it.
We have a very pragmatic coach.
He’s going to get a lead and run the clock.
He’s not into style points or entertaining us with spectacular offense.
    Kirbs just wants to win.
Right now he’s probably having a heck of a time getting his boys to focus on the game and not look ahead to LSU.

    • He doesn’t have to entertain us with offense. If we play well, we are going to cover because there is no way they are going to drive the field against us.

The worst offense of the Smart era (other than 2016) put 45 up on Fech in 2019 (we scored our last TD on a scoop and score on special teams). If we can’t (or won’t) do that, I’ll be disappointed.

    • Kirby has them challenged to be better than last year’s “failure”…undefeated regular season AND SEC Championship. I don’t see them sleepwalking anymore.

Smart won’t keep the throttle down especially in the rain. I just want to see backups get plenty of snaps because garbage time comes early and get out without injuries. 1 more W towards resetting the longest winning string in the series. UGA needs to exterminate the GT next to all milestone records in the series from Georgia’s bug infestation.

Take Tech and the under on this one. Simple reason — the forecast calls for showers and light rain for basically the entire game with a high in the mid to upper 50s. Kirby’s gonna score early and ride that lead.

The forecast calls for rain through almost the entire game time. I would not expect a cover from Kirby in this game given the way he’s coached not to lose during our two bad weather games this season. 24 – 10 sounds about right.

Man that would be awesome if we did that.

  9. So the over/under is one vs two safeties? I’ll take the over…or is that under for the two?

Sun could dip behind the clouds briefly right before half time causing Kirby to hand it off the rest of the game no matter the score

Y’all really know how to dampen the mood. I was going to be disappointed if the score wasn’t 100 to -2, now I just hope they win.

Either way, I’m layin the points. Go Dawgs.

I hope the team is looking forward to playing GT and not looking to LSU. Bad things can happen when you get ahead of yourself

Wish it was at Mark Richt Field! That would erase the 2% of doubt!

If the Dawgs hold Fech scoreless and keep ’em out of a bowl game, they’ll score a hell of a lot fewer points than -2.5.

No injuries. No suspensions. Light these Nerds up to the tune of 35-3. Move on to LSU.
