And think about how many of those seventeen have come in garbage time.
You know, this team looks pretty good. I need to stop reading so many Tennessee social media accounts, I guess.
UGA has allowed 17 TDs in their last 21 regular season games. The next best team has allowed 36 during that span.

And think about how many of those seventeen have come in garbage time.
Georgia is the only school in the SEC to have more Interceptions than passing touchdowns allowed.
They also allow the fewest/lowest
•Yards per Attempt- 5.7
•Passing TDs- 5
•Pass Rating- 104.2 pic.twitter.com/T0EZYusTqy— Dawgsontop (@dawgsontop2017) November 10, 2022
In the SEC, Georgia is allowing the fewest Sacks (7) and TFLs (33). They have the highest 3rd down conversion rate (52.8%), 4th down conversion rate (88.9%), and red zone conversion rate (98.04%).
They have picked up the most first downs in the SEC with 233 pic.twitter.com/ZYbAd127Oo— Dawgsontop (@dawgsontop2017) November 10, 2022

“We remember the Sugar Bowl, I think it my junior year of high school, we let Alabama beat us twice,” Brinson said of a team that also lost to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship game. “We’re not letting Alabama beat us twice. In the Sugar Bowl in 2018, they… thought they should have been in the playoffs and lost to Texas.” -- AB-H, 12/27/23
Cue the “UGA ain’t played nobody” comments.

That “neutral field” thing must have some serious power.

Maybe Tennessee will play better on the neutral Mercedes Benz turf during the SECCG. Oh wait… nevermind.

There are a lot of folks who would take Tennessee’s offense over UGA’s. They also would probably take a 2022 Ford Bronco over a 1985 Ford Bronco. One is shiny, new, and flashy. The other is old school and badass.

Couldn’t agree more with that analogy, NMCTB. The ‘85 Bronco was almost as testosterone loaded as the ‘85 F-150 4WD w/overdrive. The 2022 Bronco is for soccer moms and gorgeous blondes. (My wife just got her new Red with Black hardtop Bronco.) it ain’t cooooool as some of the boys think. They know who they are.

Had a 80’s (can’t remember what year) 6.2 liter diesel chevy blazer that was badass too. Could crawl over just about anything.

Red with a black top is cool. I don’t care if it’s a Kia Soul. The color makes it.

It’s a good looking vehicle for sure. But the new Bronco has been appropriated by the girls. I won’t drive it.

My favorite was my military surplus Chevy Blazer CUC-V, camo, turbo diesel, hard top. Loved that machine. Had my first kiss with my wife in it. Sunday afternoons were spent cruising the Macon Hwy in it and enjoying The Allman Bros, Drivin’ and Cryin’, and Dayroom. Good times.

Good for you, OndontoDawg. Those former military Blazers were rode hard but not put up wet. They were serviced diligently upon pain of repercussions via UCMJ. Not much on creature comforts; but a good sound system and tie downs for your cooler along with a foam pad and you’re in there!

I loved the deep bucket pleather seats in the front. Locking hubs too. Yeah I put a cheap stereo in it and I was cruising. My little brother was thrilled when I handed it down to him. It was a damn beast.

These stats about the secondary must be fake news, no way this “below average” back end can do all of this without William Poole even in uniform.
Give up your source, Thamel, so he can be fired for incompetence!

Early last year I got to a place where I was upset if our D gave up a first down, much less a TD. Still there.
This is not normal behavior, but damn if I’m not going to enjoy the ride as long as it lasts.

Remember last year, it was late into the season before the D gave up a rushing TD? Once it happened, it such a letdown. How could they have let that happen? I totally understand the irrational behavior that greatness breeds. Still trying to figure out where Tennessee’s irrational behavior comes from. Maybe inbreeding?

Nil, I’m down with you on this. I can’t stand a 1st down given up by our D, if they kick a field goal I blow a gasket. I’ve got to calm down. My daughter and I went to the Florida game a couple weeks ago, guy who went with us told her I know how your dad is going to die. She said how? He replied at a Georgia game.

This is evidence that CKS and staff definitely learned how to defend the 21st Century modern college football offense like 2019 LSU.

The offense deserves a ton of props – as many as the defense. But let’s applaud UGA for having what is essentially the only defense in college football that runs its system successfully each week the way multiple teams run an offensive system that puts up numbers week after week, year after year (aside from when they play UGA’s defense of course). It’s a plug and play defense.
